The mere thought of starting a non-collegiate Greek lettered organization was somewhat of a dream to  Oonaugh Kesha Sanders and Neshea Persley. These 2 great women were on a quest to create an organization that accepted women from ALL walks of life, from ANY and ALL professions and an organization that believed solely in enlightening the great and fearless woman that is in us all. These wonderful ladies also brainstormed on the pillars in which this organization should stand on: Leadership, Ambition, Motivation, Bold, Dedicated and Authenticity. 

On March 4, 2020, Lambda Mu Theta Sorority, Incorporated was formed. 

The founders, Oonaugh Kesha Sanders and Neshea Persley, along with the co-founder, Lisa High were now ready to go to work and focus their attention on establishing a sorority that would appeal to the woman that has a desire to service the community and also to uplift and enlighten other deserving women. 

The founders and co-founder remain dedicated to promoting Sisterhood as more than just a familiar phrase...

Lambda Mu Theta Sorority solely believes in motivating, encouraging and uplifting each and every woman to be the best that they can be. 

Lambda Mu Theta Sorority believes that ALL WOMEN, from ALL walks of life and ALL professions, should have the opportunity to become a part of an organization that recognizes the potential in every woman. 

Lambda Mu Theta Sorority understands the woman who feels that now is the time to be heard, and make a difference within the community.
